Where to Stay in Downtown Bend

Staying in or close to Downtown Bend offers both access to nearly Mt. Bachelor and its amenities, but also the myriad shops, galleries and restaurants the vibrant downtown district has to offer.

If you want unique, consider the Old St. Francis School, another McMenamin's reclamation project.  Originally the home of Bend's Catholic rectory and classrooms, it has been converted into a top-notch hotel, complete with classic McMenamin's touches, like a brewpub, movie theater and Turkish bath.  While it's close to stores and the mountain, it's so nice you might never leave.
